Alicia McMillan, Admin Director

I graduated from the University of Tennessee, with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been with West Emory since 2012 and serving as Director since 2016. I live in Knoxville with my husband and three children who have all attended or are currently attending WECEC. I have a passion for working with children, learning new ways to lead and inspiring creativity within our community.

Erin Fugate, Social Media and Creative Director

Hello families! A little about me. I graduated from Tennessee Technological University with my Bachelors in Elementary Education. I have a passion for working with children and deepening their understanding of the world. I have worked at West Emory since 2019 and have been a lead teacher in every classroom. After graduating I decided I wanted to be at home with my daughter but saw an opportunity to bring West Emory some creative direction. I live here in Knoxville with my husband, daughter, and three crazy pups!
